Awarded the Minister of Education's Prize for Technology Transfer for Project with Niigata University
Niigata University, the technology transfer body Niigata TLO and the Niigata City (Niitsu) manufacturer of healthcare equipment Technolink (President: Tatsuyuki Kobayashi) will be awarded the Minister of Education's Prize at the 5th Industry-Academia-Government Collaboration Promotion Conference (organised by the Cabinet Office and other bodies), which will be held in Kyoto on the 10th and 11th of this month. The judges praised the fact that the outcomes of the research into the "quick hydrogen gas sensor" created at Niigata University underwent technology transfer by a local company, through the mediation of Niigata TLO.
